At Audi Queens we appreciate your continued support and are taking all the necessary steps every day to ensure your safety and meet all of your needs. We have taken some of your questions and done our best to answer them below.

  • My vehicle has a recall, what should I do? Simply bring your vehicle into the dealership or call to have one of our valets do a contactless pick-up and delivery of your vehicle same day. As you can see by the photos below we are taking all the necessary steps to provide a contactless experience all free of charge.

  • My vehicle is due for service/needs repairs, but I’m concerned about spending any money at the moment? We understand these are times where we need to be smart especially with the future being unknown. While our advisors always practices this, we are being even more conscious of explaining the differences between needed, recommended and preventative repairs. For the former we’ve partnered with Synchrony financial to provide 6 month loans to help ease the burden should you need assistance. Simply call one of our service advisors for details.  
 
  • I want to sell my vehicle since I’m not using it currently, what can I do? We are prepared to make aggressive offers and promise quick turn around times for payment. Vehicles do need to be seen in person and as a result will require an appointment. Unfortunately, Kelley Blue Book is not providing at home valuations. However, simply reach out to our sales department and executive team will help. 
 
  • I have questions about my payments? If you are currently financing or leasing through Audi Financial Services you can call (888) 237-2834. If you would like to reach out to the Audi of America customer service number who would be more apt to help in times of hardship the number is (800) 822-2834. If you purchased your vehicle from us and do not have this information please e-mail me and I’ll look it up for you. 
 
  • My lease is due, what are my options? You have three choices, extend, renew and return. Simply reach out to our sales department and one of our executive team members will walk you through the process. If more convenient please email myself, will@audiqueens.com and I’ll do my best to let you know the next steps for each. 
 
  • I need to buy a car, what can I do? Our virtual showroom is open with the ability to take advantage of aggressive discounts, select the terms best for you, complete the majority of paperwork online and have your new vehicle delivered right to your door. Unfortunately, at this time our showroom is closed and test drives are not allowed. However, if you would like a detailed video on a specific vehicle please just visit our express store, enter all your information and a team member will reach out to you to discuss.
